"Great stay in Dublin. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was ready early, which was a nice bonus after arriving in the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and updated. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and good-quality food. The location was perfect for us, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and an easy walk to Trinity College, the Guinness Storehouse, and other Dublin sights. Our only minor issue was the room fan, which seemed to run constantly and wouldn’t shut off or switch to an automatic setting. Otherwise, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed in this hotel for the 4th/5th time in an accessible/wheelchair room. Room beautiful and clean, with plenty of space. Bathroom excellent around shower area in particular. Perfect solid chair/armchair style for using shower. Shampoo and shower gel at perfect height. The sink is at a perfect height for a wheelchair user but mirror is a little too high and the expandable mirror cannot be reached at all The is no facility like a ledge/bench around sink for personal toiletries, makeup Wardrobe area perfect as it has a pull down rail. Overall happy enough with room but would appreciate these small changes"

"As we entered the property the first person we met at the counter was Sorela. She welcomed us talked us around the whole area. Offered up recommendations for dinner. Told us about the amenities and made us feel very welcome. Upstairs at the Pub we also met just amazingly helpful people. This hotel is right in the middle of Old Town Dublin within walking distance to all we went to see and visit."
