"The room was clean and had a lovely view. The bed was comfortable and you did not hear noise from outside. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was buffet but it was very good. I loved the location. And would absolutely stay again. This was actually the second time we stayed there."
"Stayed one night before an early flight. Check in was easy and the person who helped us pleasant and efficient. Check out at 4am was a little challenging-as are most things at 4am. Room was lovely and would recommend."
"The restaurant in the evening was really cold , not conducive to seating comfortably for a meal. Lucky it was a bit warmer for breakfast. A lot of the cooked items for breakfast like the eggs and black pudding were over cooked.
I thought there might have been a fridge in the room.
I was sent an email as a pre check in , I filled in the comments box to say high floor. I don’t see the reason for this email if the reception doesn’t read it."
"Average!!
They seem to go out of their way to avoid talking to guests.
I was charged 7 euros for room service and since I never had the chance to speak with anyone I was unaware of the charge in advance.
And there is no gym on site. It turns out the gym is a cab ride away."
