I do not recommend booking with Urban Rest. The bed frame in the apartment was broken - resulting in the mattress falling down in the middle because of no support underneath. The bed was therefore unusable and one of us had to sleep on the sofa. On top of this, the apartment was facing an active building site which was not disclosed in the listing. There was also a mechanical issue with the internal heating/cooling system which generated constant loud noise. It really was a nightmare. Despite prompt replies from the remote team, nobody came to check or fix the issues at all. We eventually got moved to a different apartment but after 4 nights dealing with this mess. After 3 months of back and forth over email, we finally got a partial refund for the first four nights of our booking but it could not have been more of a painful experience. I’ve never had a worse accommodation and customer support experience in my life.
