The property is nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is VERY good (except for the coffee, which is a bitter, percolated brew). Pro-tip: choose tea for breakfast and, once finished, use the coffee machine at reception for a much-improved coffee experience (it uses capsules, but still a lot better).
The main issue was the room. It wasn't very clean (the chandelier had visible dust from a long time without wiping). It was also EXTREMELY hot. We happened to be in Dublin for 1 night only and it was unusually cloudless and sunny. However, this still doesn't justify the room being so poorly ventilated. It was a true disaster: 18°C outside at night, but the room felt like a sauna. No air-conditioning and the window can't even be opened properly (and if you do, there'll be noise). Summary: NO SLEEP AT ALL. Due to this, we are very unlikely to ever come back. Once the aircon is up, the rooms have proper ventilation (and are cleaned better), and maybe the windows can be opened some more, we'd definitely reconsider.
