I booked a two night stay at the property. The property was filthy: there was dirt in the laundry room; the fridge handle was greasy and gritty and unclean; the toilet seat was dirty; the sheets were not clean; the floor was not vacuumed; there was dirt and hair in the bath tub. I attempted to make the best of it. The window on the top floor was broken, and my son cut his finger on it. We left withing one hour of arriving. I contacted the property manager for a refund and hotels.com. Hotels.com provided a coupon, and the property manager has not responded to my refund request.
