"We had the misfortune to book this hotel for two different stays in one week. The rooms were dark and in horrible repair. There was a 30cm hole worn in the carpet in our room, the bathroom from was mismatched and had loose tiles, there was one overhead light in the whole room, which was cool white. No bedside lamps. The shower was weak and leaking all over the wall. The hotel is in a busy, noisy area. We had people screaming outside the rooms until 2-3am every day. Not a place we will stay again, especially at the ridiculous price we paid."

"We had a terrific 3 night stay at the Clayton Burlington Road hotel. Breakfast was delicious and staff attentive. A special thank you to Paul the Concierge who went above and beyond to share advice and suggestions as we navigated our first days in Dublin and Ireland. His smiling face and friendly charm was a highlight of our stay. The staff in the bar/restaurant were lovely and greeted us warmly each time we went there. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. The hallways are so loud, everything echos so you’ll hear people going up and down, wasted and slamming doors until 2am. I had to walk outside and ask people to be quiet several times. The location is great and the rooms are big but it’s not worth the price. I would look elsewhere. "
