It was great that this hotel has an airport shuttle that runs every 20 minutes 24/7. However, the bed sheets had stains and hair that was clearly not mine was still located on towels. The property outside of the rooms is very nice and convenient with a little cafe/coffee shop downstairs. I had booked this hotel for an additional night prior to leaving, but chose to change the booking due to poor cleanliness.

This time I found all staff extremely polite and efficient. This has not been the case in the last three Visits I made. everything else was to its usual high standard in terms of catering cleanliness Of rooms et cetera. The small coffee shop Situated near the front door could do with faster service as I noticed people buy things on the way on the way out to the bus It’s just frustrating to be left waiting when the bus is about to depart.

We like using the shuttle bus to get to and fro from Dublin airport. However, I wouldn’t take it again. Constant long lines. The lobby is constantly too crowded. The elevators were frustrating, lots of guests with numerous luggage pieces. Every time the elevator stopped, it was packed with Guests and their luggage, so, you can’t get on the elevator. After a 20 minute, wait, we found the service elevator on our floor and use it to get down to the lobby in order to check out and catch the airport bus in a timely manner. We were flying British air. The bus driver told us it was terminal one. However, Dublin airport has changed where some of the airlines are in British air has been moved to another terminal so we ended up walking almost 2 miles. I tracked it on my cell phone to get to that terminal And try and make our flight on time. Ouch!
