"Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Wasser,Kaffee und Tee aufgefüllt, das Personal war sehr freundlich. In der Tiefgarage hatte man keinen festen Platz, musste suchen, war aber sicher. Das Frühstück war leider eine Woche lang immer gleich. Die Sitzgelegenheiten für Raucher wurden komplett abgeschafft und das Hotel wurde während meines Aufenthalts renoviert. "

"地下駐車場があって確実に車が停められるのがいい！おしゃれなレストランが別棟にあって、朝食はそこでいただけます。朝食は普通で、ビュッフェにあたたかい料理追加できるものです。ロビーやレストランは豪華ですが部屋は普通です。コーヒーマシーンが壊れてたのでケトルを借りられたのでレトルトを温められてかえってよかったです。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。"

"The room was in good order and ready when we got there. Pretty far out and away but very close to train station which was convenient. Recieved some confusing instructions on how to get around. Otherwise had an excellent stay! "

"Could not use warm or hot water in bathroom hand sink because water splashed off side of basin all over me and floor. Staff very pleasant in dining room and reception. Shuttle driver 4*s"

"Great location, helpful staff. Was a bit of confusion regarding the shuttle service. We were told to wait in the lobby and the driver would come in and tell us when he was ready to leave. It was 6:00 am and no one else was waiting. We saw the driver pull up and come into the hotel, go behind the desk and then come out and leave without speaking to us. Thankfully we didn't have a lot of luggage and walked to the airport. So a bit of communication would have been helpful."

"This is a great hotel in many ways- location, room size and decor, bathroom and it is quiet. There are no annoying little lights overhead for smoke alarms and the red tv light is hidden in the cabinet. Only 2 issues to make for an EXCELLENT review- there was no body/ hand lotion and the wifi was very very patchy. Otherwise, a great visit. "
