Well Maintained, neat and clean hotel
Value for Money, hotel doesn't look great from outside but it is well maintained and neat and clean from inside, rooms are cleaned daily and maintained very well which nowadays even big hotels don't do very well. Well Done team.

This hotel was very clean and they made sure that cleanliness was a priority as we are in covid, the staff was very helpful and were always welcoming

Excellent choice
Great hotel, I appreciated it a lot. Nicely furnished, move service, all the personnel was very friendly. Good price to quality. It is very well situated, 60 meters from the main highway that takes you to Beyrouth, the South and the North. Many nearby commerce and restaurants. You get a discount for buying at the Azar jewelry.

The hotel is clean from inside but issue with the area. Of course this is in Deira - the traditional business hub of dubai so its busy with verity of shops and mix of people. The most clientele is business people from india and africa. Nothing wrong with that but had to endure some shouting matches coming from next door neighbors at night.

The staff were friendly, hospitable and very helpful. The room was decent and clean and well maintained. The room is pretty much a basic room, no excessive frills or fuss of a 5 star hotel, but it was sufficient for my short stay stay in Dubai

Good value for money
The hotel is maintained clean and front office service is excellent. The hotel is close to metro station and Al Ghurair centre mall .Dining options are very good around the mall with gourmet restaurants, fast food joints and other hotels serving various types of cuisine. The downside is that rooms are not noise proof. The restaurant in the hotel is just average.

Address misleading...property a bit difficult to find. Front desk was not available at check-in and was only a few feet away in a discussion. Unprepared and couldn't find Expedia booking and asked me to provide. Change not available at check-in. Rooms small and very basic. No English Channels.

This hotel is crowded with extremely low character women and the service was extremely bad - have no words to describe other problems. Other hotels in the vicinity have better standards as we left after staying for one night and not a single Dirham was refunded.

We instructed you to wait till we finish up with the prior check in arrived before. Exactly you had waited 8 Minutes for check in, We totally agree. All of our valued Guest are equally valued for us as per our policy "First Come First Serve".As referred to your review we can't do anything about any of our Guest dressing style, its up to them what to wear and how to wear. As per the booking policy its a non refundable booking by the VCC credentials provided by Expedia.We cant cancel/Modify this booking as per the policy. We at Grand Square Hotel continuously strive for excellence in our product and service.The image you mentioned in the review was not true.For the refund of your booking amount please we request you not to do this again with any other Hotel.Thanks & Kind regards, Grand Square Management.

near to airport around 15 mins from Taxi, the bus stop is 5 mins walk, metro is around 7 mins walk, 10 mins walk to the creek, 12 mins to Gold Souk. It is in the old part of Dubai. Hotel is good for the price, very helpful staff, comfortable air-conditioned room. There are plenty of Asian budget-friendly restaurants, supermarkets around the hotel. I had a nice stay. Only thing I will say is if you are the solo female traveller, I will avoid walking alone in the late nights. I hardly saw any female or them walking alone.

Easy check in, room was clean & comfortable. Basic but it was all I needed or wanted for a two night stay while sight seeing. Mentioned that there was some noise outside my window early am by some workers. I was offered to move rooms for my second night. I was back too late to do so, but it was offered.Staff were friendly & helpful, in particular the girl running the cafe part, clearly enjoys her work. I would stay again.

Excellent service, staff is great and amenities at the price are excellent. If you need a place to crash at night and feel safe and not to heavy on the pocket. In the middle of a commercial hub and everything available nearby. Reception, Security, cleaning staff etc. always there to help you. 5/5

Nice stay with poor dining options
The room was quite clean, but the hotel didn’t have lunch or dinner options. The breakfast was not rich. During check out they didn’t have the internet connection & was not able to provide me receipt & I was not able to order on line taxi to airport.

The friendliest staff! They did all they could to help. Me out! The hot water service had blown up the day before! I was brought buckets of hot water so I could wash myself!

Personnel très sympathique et souriant. Ils sont à l'écoute, répondent aux interrogations et aux requêtes que nous avons pu leur formuler. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la wifi fonctionne très bien. Je dirais que le seul bémol est l'emplacement qui n'était pas facile à trouver et le quartier n'est pas très fréquenté.
