The room was big and spacious and the restaurant offered various dishes that are unique and delicious. The metro station is only about 3 min walking distance- extremely convenient to get to anywhere in the city. The hotel shuttle was also a plus to go to the beach and the mall.

Hotel has comfortable rooms and great food options for breakfast and dinner. Only downside is we had to take a taxi everywhere. We did find their travel services helpful so we could do more on our short 3 night stay.

Bad front desk ,after flying for 15 hrs they did not have my reservation,I made 2 reservations and could only find 1 even after giving them my confirmation number ,made me wait 1-2 hours trying to find reservation,poor front desk and management

The hotel is nice and up-to-date. The staff is very nice. The rooms are large and spaces. There are great amenities on the property and you are assessable to serve different shopping and eateries nearby.

Sofia on the front desk was lovely and welcoming. Personalized service from all front office staff. Breakfast buffet had good variety but getting coffee and cappuccino was sometimes a long wait; had to flag down wait staff each time.

The hotel and its staff were excellent and very willing to help . They upgraded our family room to the grand suite and we had the most comfortable and wonderful stay . Mohamed at the help desk was always there to assist us and the breakfast was well prepared and fresh daily . Highly recommended

Nice room size however the staff could use some training on being friendly with customers or Atleast smile to begin with. There is a staff of certain Eastern European nationality at the reception who need to learn the basic of interacting with customers. After checking out there is a hold charge place on my card which was never canceled even after emailing the hotel twice no response was received

It’s so SPACIOUS, CLEAN & most of the STAFF are very FRIENDLY . I feel at home and our room is super NICE & COMFY !!! I LIKE the Long Bathtub 🛀 & Bathroom.🚽 . Even I didn’t have the TIME to go for Swimming in the pool - I LOVE the VIEW & can see the Burj AL ARAB on a distance which is MAGNIFICENT!!! I can recommend to my Friends & Relatives.. So I am a SATISFIED Traveler & ENJOYED my almost 2 weeks Stay … THUMBS 👍 UP 👍

This is a hidden gem in Dubai. The rooms are nicely done, bed is comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The proximity to Metro station, hotel shuttle and easy access to Taxis/Uber makes this hotel even more appealing

Our experience in this property was really good. What makes it a 5 star hotel is not the facility but the people who works in this place. We meet Tarik, he's one of the supervisor who went above and beyond his call of duty. He helped my friend and accommodated their needs beyond our expectations.

The hotel was clean with spacious rooms. The staff were accommodating. Only thing I didn't like was that during breakfast, had to call staff few times to get things we needed and on quite few occasions had to ask them few times before everything was brought as tea and milk were not made for self service.
The facilities were great. My kids loved the kids pool. Wish it had more kids area/club rather then gaming room which seemed hardly used. It may start appealing to more families if so.
Sauna and steam room were good. They had shuttle service to some sites like kite beach and mall of emirates but timing not regular and not always convenient so we did not use. However, the mashreq metro station is a close walk.

Beautifully presented property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. The pool was great and you can see Burj Al Arab from there.
