"Very good hotel for their superb service "

"The property and service atr this establishment was outstanding. The only 2 things were; 1. The housekeeper left 2 strings of hair in the toilet while cleaning by accident. 2. There was an emergency water shut down for 15-20 minutes (Could not flush toilet but had running water in sink). Overall, the place was great and everyone was friendly and accommondating."

"Way above my expectations. Really great stay with excellent comfort! The front office staff during check-in were very considerate and helpful where seeing we check-in early morning at 4am our checkout time was extended by 2 hours which was very helpful for us. I would highly recommend Majestic retreat Hotel for anyone who wants to have a stay in Dubai during their long layover during transit. Great view from the 20 th floor too!"
