"Having spent five nights at another hotel, returning to Grosvenor House really highlighted why we love staying here. The comfort and atmosphere were excellent. The Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable, and lift waiting times could be slow, especially from the 32nd floor, but overall it was a very pleasant stay."

"The best stay we ever had for a while. Peaceful , clean , helpful and kind staff. We celebrated our anniversary and also had the baby with us it was amazing . The kid area specially the pool is great and me and husband enjoyed a lovely time and food. It’s a shame I couldn’t try the ottoman spa as we didn’t have time but I visited and wow it’s really breathtaking. The management is the best I’ve seen so far in Dubai and I’ve been to so many 5 stars . "

"We had an amazing 10-night stay at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, and I honestly can’t fault the experience. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, especially towards our 3-year-old, which made such a difference for us as a family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Over the course of our stay, we built genuinely lovely relationships with many of the team. A special mention to Hnin, Irfan, the GBR Manager, who was consistently attentive and professional, Suri the chef, and Paramjit along with the rest of the security staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and reassuring throughout our stay. One of the most thoughtful highlights was the surprise birthday decorations and a beautiful fruit spread arranged in our room after the staff found out I was pregnant, which we had not requested at all. The attention to detail was incredible, and they even included images from our previous visits, which was such a personal and touching gesture. It truly made us feel remembered and genuinely cared for. The level of care, warmth, and personal attention we received made this holiday unforgettable. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended, especially for families seeking exceptional service and heartfelt hospitality. 🌴✨"
