Fantastic hotel and great that you can use the facilities next door too. Beware there is lots of building work going on alongside the hotel … appreciate it’s almost unavoidable in Dubai but it did affect our stay. We didn’t use the hotel pool because of the construction noise but could escape to the beach club at the Westin which was a little quieter.

My stay at W Dubai was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It was my first time visiting Dubai, and the entire experience made my trip incredibly special and memorable. The staff were absolutely amazing — welcoming, attentive, professional and always going above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. The level of service was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the rooms were beautiful, modern, incredibly spacious and felt brand new. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making the entire stay feel effortless and luxurious. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. W Dubai exceeded my expectations in every way and set an incredibly high standard for my first visit to the city. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again!

The hotel itself is lovely. The room is comfortable, well decorated and trendy. The staff are all very friendly, professional and went above and beyond what I’d expect. The second floor restaurant was a particular highlight for me, serving up delicious food and a truly wonderful breakfast.

Honestly, I could not fault a single element of the hotel. Everything about the resort is spot on. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the pool and beach teams were attentive and friendly, concierge and reception were incredibly helpful, and even the spa staff were wonderful. The service across the board was exceptional. We stayed all inclusive and the choice was endless not your standard buffet style.

It’s an absolute minor detail and maybe just got unlucky, but the service time to order/get cocktails was a bit long sometimes but other than that, a perfect stay in a great location. The breakfast and outdoor seating area was a real highlight

4.5/5 We had a fantastic stay at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi and thought it offered excellent value, especially with the all-inclusive package. The rooms are great, the hotel is beautiful, the gym facilities are excellent, and the food was one of the biggest highlights. The selection of restaurants is brilliant, with loads of variety, and the quality was consistently very good everywhere we ate. The all-inclusive drinks package is also great value with a really good selection. Service across most of the hotel was outstanding and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our main criticism was Mare by Bussola, where service for food and drinks could be quite slow. It sometimes felt like there weren’t enough staff or that the ordering process could be more efficient. Individually they were polite, friendly and as attentive as they could be but perhaps as mentioned slightly understaffed. We also had some confusion at reception. We had two rooms and one guest arrived earlier, despite us having email confirmation that she could leave a deposit. This ended up becoming an awkward payment and refund process. There was also some confusion over whether the initial soft drinks in the minibar were complimentary. These were only minor and slightly frustrating inconveniences though. Overall, the rooms, food, drinks, restaurants, gym, facilities and value were excellent. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely return.
