"Beautiful spacious room which looked out over the skyline. Exceptional breakfast staff were amazing especially Katie who always had a smile and a warm greeting. Reception team always had a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. The adult pool was lovely and a great place to spend the day relaxing on a comfy sun-lounger. Overall the Waldorf is a wonderful hotel offering exceptional service."

"Lovely hotel and staff, valet bumped our car and the process involved was a bit stressful, however it eventually got sorted but disappointed that we had to go to the front desk and vent our frustration that nothing was offered, even a apology, but they did upgrade us to a sea view room when we asked but I felt they should have offered us something instead of us asking them. Anyway apart from that nothing to complain about, lovely hotel, staff and location"
