"I was impressed with the staff and the service was top notch. Breakfast had good variety but I struggled a bit with taste. The facility and the environment were kept clean, but for some damp smell in the corridors (my floor). Room service was awesome. The room was not so cooling after midnight, not sure what was going on with the A/c but in fairness, I didn’t complain to front desk. I will recommend the hotel to family and friend. My overall rating will be a solid 9😊 "

"To have free valet parking in deira was the cherry on top for our stay here! Will definitely come back on my next trip here and would recommend to others. Room service lady was nice too! The room was very quiet can't even tell there's heavy traffic outside. "
