"Everything was great and staff was particularly awesome … but I had a very bad experience with the sleep! We booked a 1 bedroom apartment as we were 2 adults and 2 kids, i slept on the sofa bed with my son and it was HORRIBLE … couldn’t sleep all night felt the metal in my back, I peeked under the covers to see what the issue was and found a SPONGE, not a mattress… just a big old yellow sponge. First of all it’s not hygienic at all as it wasn’t even covered other than with the bedsheet, second it’s very very uncomfortable!"

"Exceptional stay from check-in to checkout. Azaat (not too sure on the spelling :) )from Kazakhstan at reception was amazing — she noticed from my sons ID at check-in that it was his birthday. By the time we reached our room, there was a little surprise waiting for our birthday boy: a cake and balloons. Truly going above and beyond, and that kind of attention to detail is what makes a stay genuinely memorable. Thank you, Smith, for the cake and balloons! The bellmen, Peter and Daniel, were also exceptional. The rooms are beautifully furnished and wonderfully comfy. Breakfast was something to really look forward to — everything was delicious, and the avocado toast with endless guacamole was the icing on top. A truly exceptional property, made even better by its delightful staff. We'll definitely be back."

"The staff is great Memory the pool beds organizer was the best she is so helpful and organized for 13 nights i got easy reservations thanks so much Sony the pool supervisor was expetional thanks alot Raju on the beach was excellent dealing with the people And thanks to all people working in the sun to let us enjoy summer Recpetion did great job fast check in check out Valet people were gtreat handling cars fast and safely Gym was very good equiped i trained there every day Laundry in w the palm is the best ever they clean and press my shirts niclely and the collar they keep it as a new shirt bravo I got the w suit it was wow huge no noise heared i could sleep deeply I could connect my phone on the tv watched movies and series thanks The food ordered in the pool was so tasty better than room dining , beef burger is under rated ine the best in dubai and baked sea beas was so tasty House keeping was great the room is cleaned every night for me Sport beach activity was nice i enjoyed the jetski near dubai eye My favorite summer hotel in dubai , i will be back for sure"
