Beautiful building. Very nice staff. Very clean, but the carpet in our room needed replacement or cleaning. Coffee pot didn't work. Lock on door needed new battery. Hot water needed fixing. Other than that, great.

Grand Millennium Business Bay
Very poor customer service We were there on a leisure trip. After 4 days we were informed that the pool and adjoining area would be closed and would not reopen for the duration of our stay. When we approached the front desk the manager was completely unsympathetic
