"The hotel overall is good. However, for such an expensive hotel, it's lacking AC. So, on a hot night it's hard to sleep. Be aware that cleaning team don't even knock the door in the morning! Make sure your door is secure with the swing bar!"

"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"

"Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. Our dingy room featured a worn-out mattress, shabby furnishings, peeling wallpaper, scruffy well-worn paint. The bedding was discoloured and heavily wrinkled. The property grounds disappointed too, as these areas are also in a state of disrepair, including an overgrown weed filled garden and a terrace cluttered with an unsightly pile of outdoor furniture stacked carelessly against the...

"I found that there fee for dogs to be higher than the other hotels I have stayed at. As well, they are very limited with there breakfast options if you are celiac, I find most places will do boiled eggs and have fresh fruit, this was not the case. They were good enough to get me gluten free bread and they warmed it in there oven. I thought that was great service."

"The rooms have been recently renovated. The carpet is beautiful and plush. The decor looks very chic. There is a nespresso machine in each room. The TV and all the plugs are upgraded. Lovely stay!"

"The room was basic with an original bathroom and two queen size beds. We enjoyed the balcony with a water view and the location close to a beautiful ocean front trail. It was a 9 minute taxi ride to the Victoria airport."
