The Radisson is a wonderful hotel in very nice surroundings. It was very convenient for us as it is within walking distance of the Villa Sorgenfrei where we had a family event.
The breakfast buffet is amazing with variety. Very friendly staff.
Dogs or cats hairs in the room even if it s a allergy free room so our daughter had allerguc reaction the hole week. Otherwise nice place with really good spa center. Bit of a pity that you need to pay 2
This is an amazing hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it to anybody. It is in a quiet location, the gardens are very nice, and the food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The only drawback was that there was an extra charge for parking in the garage.
It has accommodating vibe and let me have really relaxing time. The facility was clean and spacious and the wellness center with the pool also satisfactory. My family stayed in for 2 days and it healed us in some ways.

Old hotel, affordable and well-located
It is an old hotel that needs maintenance, repairs, and renovations. However, the price is excellent, and it’s very conveniently located. The spa looks impressive outside, but we didn’t use it.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Inflexible staff. Room was big. No frills. Convenient to public transportation.
Breakfast terrible nothing to eat, coffee awful, in the restaurant staff don’t speak English and not look like very friendly, working till 12:00 pm, kitchen closing around 20:45, shampoo in room finished nobody checked, in room we have found mosquito night was funny. One good thing reception- friendly, polite staff, English speaking.
The hotel is nice but looks a bit oldish, like 90's: no smart key, separate bath tube and toilette, carpet ... but very clean and in order !
we find a bit strange that in such a big hotel in the late afternoon there was just one receptionist juggling different problems & people. The SPA costs only 5 euro.
Finally, it is close too the S bahn, only 12-15 min on walk and not 25 as google mapshows.
The hotel was new and breakfast was good. The only thing that bothered me was to pay 5 eur to get into the pool .. as I consider this should be included as well as 16 eur for the parking as there are no other parking options . One would assume this 2 things should be included in the price of the hotel .
Some of the staff are amazing and some have an attitude that you are doing them a service - We love the restaurants and Radebuel overall is fantastic - we specifically chose the hotel as it has a great Gym but we were very disappointed that the gym only opens after 8 or 9 am in the mornings as business people we want to have exercised showered dressed and eaten to go work - this was the only downside of this lovely hotel
The people are good, very professional and friendly. The pool and sauna facilities are also good. However, the hotel is located in a busy area, and we got a room with very noisy surroundings. The AC was not working properly and was also noisy, so we could not sleep at all! (the room number was 102)
The area is beautiful and the city centre is easy to reach. The service and staff are great, always willing to help. We return every year, always opt for a room with breakfast, which is delicious.
It’s a great place for families, child friendly with playground on site.
Overall good, but the cleaning / room service could be better. I actually approached a cleaner asking to clean the room again.
I raised this before, please can management address the issue with the room cleaning.
Radebeul is a really nice suburb of Dresden and the Radisson is a great place to stay whilst there. The grounds of the hotel are well kept and the rooms we stayed in were clean and spacious. On the whole, we had a very enjoyable stay but I do have a few minor criticisms. The main one is that the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable (please buy new ones)! We were on the first floor of Anna Villa and there were the usual inconsiderate guests slamming doors and seemingly stamping their feet above and below us. Parking is €16 per day in the hotel’s garage. For a two night stay, we decided to park on a local side street and save ourselves €32! The last criticism was that the spa charges guests for entry. It is ‘only’ €5 per person (€15 for a family) but I have stayed in a lot of hotels for my job and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel charging guests to use the pool/sauna. I understand charging non-guests but it didn’t sit right to charge your own guests for something that most hotels provide for free. We did not pay for breakfast as part of the room package and if we had wanted to eat breakfast in the hotel, it was €11 for children and €21.50 for adults, which we felt was excessive and so ate breakfast elsewhere. I stress however that we did have an enjoyable stay and would certainly book this hotel again next time we visit Dresden. My review is genuinely intended to be constructive criticism as no hotel ever gets everything right all the time
Easy hotel with a good location. Plenty of amenities with rude staff during breakfast and spa. We will not stay here again.

Ok hotel although a bit older and worn.
Needs a little bit of an upgrade when i comes to worn out carpets and no electrical outlets by the beds.
Otherwise it was a nice stay.
