"This hotel is full of character, but the fittings, bathroom, bed are all thoroughly modern, crisp and clean. Breakfast was great, the staff weekday and weekend were very helpful. Dinner was good - the menu extensive enough to provide options for each evening they were there. Ability to park safely onsite is always welcome. The locatio is superb. I'd say top of the grade for a 3-star property. "

"Have stayed before but this time we had a two bedroom apartment. As with our previous stays, the apartment was comfortable, warm, well equipped. Yes a bit worn in places. Cooking facilities could be a little better eg. Condition of frying pan, no cooking oil but otherwise everything you could need. Facilities on site are excellent. Adventure golf was very good. "We stayed on Thursday and Friday 9th to11th April. The receptionist described our room as deluxe, it was more like bijou, in other words small. Staff were very friendly. The bar wasn’t individually manned, and there was no night staff on site. In our opinion, this gave the premises the impression of a B and B pretending to be an hotel .
