"The room was not cleaned well, as evidenced by remnants of the last use of the toilet, shampoo globs on the shower floor and wall, and many dirty spots of unknown substances that were able to be rubbed off. The shower had no water upon arrival and had to be fixed."

"The hotel location was perfect! We could not have asked for better! The hotel was clean & the staff in the evening at check in & in the morning at check out were friendly & helpful! Breakfast was busy but the staff was zipping right through it & we were in quickly! They offer a system to check your bag with them after checking out so you can still do some exploring without dragging your luggage around which was super helpful!! We definitely plan to stay here next time we are in the city!!"

"The stay was great, however the room was tight and the breakfast was just ok. It's a lovely newer hotel so everything was clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was nice but quite pricey. Of course so is everything else in New York lol. Location was amazing, right in the heart of Times Square."

"Easy check in. Clean room. Comfy bed. Close to Grand Central. Filtered water in lobby. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Breakfast for a fee. Apparently, there are free gym passes available to a nearby gym. I didn't find out til I was checking out."
