"I only had a one night stay, but I would definitely stay again. Small but mighty room equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo. It had electronic shades and hooks for your bags and jackets etc. Many options to eat outside the hotel and a grocery store next door. The elevator can be a little slow but taking the stairs was not a problem. The only issue I had which probably isn’t an issue everyday, and I had to check out pretty early, was that the free breakfast was not available...

I did not like that they applied a $30 "required" amenity fee that was not disclosed during booking. With the fee, they provided a $20 gift card to be spent at their café or restaurant. "I loved staying at the pod, because it was clean and exactly what was advertised. Personally, I went at a time while they were construction and I feel like we didnt have access to the entire amenities which looked beautiful. Otherwise loved it"

"Website touted free breakfast as “a rarity” in NYC. At check in we were provided a card for free coffee and a pastry from the coffee stand in lobby. Coffee stand staff said we could only have coffee. Website shd be corrected to accurately represent that you only get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Bathtub needed replacement or scrubbing. Bed linen was very crisp and clean. Thank you! But not enough to keep one warm at night."
