"Very comfortable and quiet"

"There are no 'grounds' to the property. It sits at the corner of an intersection, but was amazingly quiet. The front desk staff was nice. The room was clean but did have an odd smell, and I kept smelling cigarettes on and off even though the property is smoke free. The bed was OK. The bathroom fan was non existent. Breakfast was great. Vending machines were half empty. Location was good. It seemed expensive honestly. I don't know if I'd stay here again."

"Susan the manager was super nice and helpful. But I was there 3 nights and never clean the room, I didn't have any sign on the door."

"Room was clean, staff were not rude but were not overly friendly. Was very quiet and close to what I was staying there food. Food choice was limited to limited fast food. Bed was very comfy on one side and sunk in one spot on the other … overall would stay here again!"

"Would have liked to have had better mattress on the beds Seemed like they were to soft and not very comfortable You could almost feel the springs when you put your weight on them Just seemed like inexpensive mattresses Other than that the stay was great One other thing the hot tub kept saying something about the primary filter needing to be looked at "

"Lighting is poor in room. Linens not changed unless you ask. Bed linens did not fit the beds they would bunch up the minute you moved. Air conditioning unit did not work well at all and it would cycle on an off. had to set at 65 just to keep it cool."

"They put me in a handicap room and I am not handicap, they said this was the only room available, and I had booked months in advance. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off. The toilet had not been cleaned or flushed when I arrived. When I woke in the morning and went into the bathroom a bug was crawling on the floor. The room smelled like mold."

"I have traveled a lot in my life, but have never met such a honest and caring owner of rented property. He has made sure we were 100% good and happy. He put customer satisfaction first before caring just about making money. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will have a chance to return again. The surroundings, the beauty of the nature are absolutely amazing."

"The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer."
