"This hotel needs to be refurbished. We also had trouble with the TV remotes and ended up trying three times. Breakfast we minimal. Staff was nice and tried to be helpful."

"The bed was made in Room 504 on May 23;however, the top flat sheet was stained with blood so clean sheets had evidently not been used to make the bed. Minor hardware issues in the restroom: shower/tub faucet was missing a screw making it wobbly and it won't be long until the knob falls off. Sink faucet missing a end nut. Air cleaning filter was very loud and annoying but we appreciated the filtered air."

"First off, it is under construction but was never mentioned to guests until arrival. Only one of the elevators were working, as well. The air never got below 73 degrees and when brought to the front desk’s attention their solution was “we reset your air” — the room then never reached below 72. Both the sink and shower water was scolding hot with no adjustment available. The only time cleaning services came is when we asked and the sheets were still need changed nor the bed ever made. The website states that there is a washer and dryer, but it is only for the cleaners to use. That was extremely misleading, and considering the cleaners did not come regularly, unhelpful. The ice machine on our floor did not work and turns out the only ice machine working was on the second floor. Charging the amount they did while under construction and not providing full services was ridiculous."

"I like the price. This hotel advertisement to get you in the door was free breakfast. The breakfast was a small apple, a small child size juice, some kind of breakfast bar, and oh yes a smaller child like water. So disappointing!!! I didn't like the room, it was worn and needed up dated I didn't want a handicap room and asking for another room I was told hotel was full, but not one night was the parking lot totally full. Pool was not full nor working. After putting the don't disturb sign on door some one still came in and left clean towels while we were gone!! Be prepared for not holding up to what is being advertised. EW"
