"Pros: Clean room, nice pool area, comfy beds. Cons: Room in different building than main lobby, restaurants and pool. Food - not good quality, tough cuts of steak, dry pastries. Staff - not trained well. Restaurant staff not attuned to guests. Long wait time to be helped, frequently “forgot” to bring items asked for after asking several times. Staff could not answer questions accurately. Perks- We had a 20% discount on food through Expedia. We were unable to take advantage of this discount due to incorrect instructions by 2 different staff members. The mgr would not accommodate us at the end of the stay for their inaccurate information. Very unprofessional. They require food to be charged to the room to receive the 20% discount BUT they charge an extra 20% to charge it to your room. Which, as you can see, cancels out the discount. We were not given the discount on the meal since we paid cash. Location- although unique and pretty hotel it is far away from town. If you need anything unexpectedly (medicine, toiletries) they do not have a gift or convenience shop. You must take a taxi to town (14,000 ARS both ways). I would choose to stay elsewhere next time."

"Iguazu Jungle was a wonderful place, the rooms were spacious as was the bathrooms! Everything we needed and more. The Iguazu Falls were a short ride away and the jungle atmosphere was clean and pure."

"Spacious Room, excellent cleanliness, very authentic nature experience. Staff at reception were also very helpful when we had an unexpected cancellation of our flight due to a nationwide strike.
