"Upon arrival we were able to check in right away and received a welcome drink. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated in a moody mid century modern motif. Our room was on floor 2 which our patio opened to the stunning courtyard. The room is well appointed and the high end kitchen was such a useful amenity to have. We also were able to do laundry, which was nice to return home with freshly laundered clothes. The stunning bathroom was large and decorated with gorgeous tile and frameless glass...

"First time to visit Charleston. Hotel was in a good location. Renovations were undergoing to the restaurant but breakfast area was easy to maneuver around. We were surprised that we had to pay for parking but realized in that area parking is crazy bad. "

"They’re doing a lot of construction, which I understand, the staff was not very friendly when I asked about getting a disabled veterans discount. She said we had already received a discount and that all it explanation she gave also the beds were not very good. The mattress kept sliding!!! we were gone all day to citadel and no one checked our room for trash or towels! "

"This hotel is in the middle of everything in old Charleston. Parking is in an adjoining deck. A suburban sized vehicle is a tight squeeze. The rooms were clean and super quite. Our room was large and two stories. 1st level is a den with kitchen and 1/2 bath. 2nd is a bedroom, large closet, and large bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and 2 person garden tub. The tub is really useless because it takes forever to fill. Overall this hotel was wonderful for the price. Rarely do you leave feeling...
