"Easy and very centrally located "

"There is no staffed office! when we arrived it was around 8:00 PM and there were no outdoor lights or lights at the entrance door. We were instructed by phone messages only. When you are over a "certain age" with poor vision this is a big problem. As for the shower...the water only reached the "tepid" temperature while the sink had an abundance of hot water . I know to some these complaints may seem minor but when you are in the "comfort" business little things mean the world. "

"Parking was hectic. We received multiple messages during our stay threatening to tow vehicles that were not in their appropriate space. A car was parked in our assigned space for the entire duration of our stay. Either enforce the parking rules or let guests relax and enjoy their stay within the constant warnings. "

"Beach view and location were great and front desk lady helping us was really nice. Unfortunately the conditions of the room were very sub par, especially for 350 a night. The room was very outdated. The night stand had some sort of brown stain on the top and a giant red stain all the way down the night stand, extending to the mattress cover and floor. the TV stand was torn up and looked like something had chewed up the wood. the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. "Ive stayed at this hotel several times and will keep coming back. Our room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The pool was undergoing repairs and so not usable. Also, i had to call the desk for toilet paper, as we had only half a roll and no extras. Breakfast choices were really good, including eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Good experience overall."

"Overbooked the room we requested since we have kids we needed two beds . Once we got to our room we had to use the pullout sofa that they also failed to provide the bedding for . No WiFi . Didn’t mention the pool was shutdown due to resurfacing which is a long period so it should’ve been noted in the booking . "
