"Overall a good stay. Rooms were spacious, loved the kitchenette. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and a good location."

"The room was quiet considering it’s on the 1st floor. The room had a bad lingering smell. I turned the fan on to continuous along w the AC and it helped rid of the smell slightly. I think the smell was coming from the carpet, similar to dirty feet. I just went and got Lysol spray and saturated the carpet. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. "Really nice venue with great spaces in a compact parcel. For some reason I had toilet paper in the toilet before I could even use it -- a little distressed by this oversight but I am choosing to see it as that given the holiday period I stayed and not a systemic issue. From what I could see, everything else seemed hygienic enough."

"Thing i have to say is. Pool says 8am-10pm First night. They told us pool was closed at 8pm when sign says 10pm and it was 745pm Next mornings 930am said pool closed she is the only one there and have to wait for someone else comes in. When talk to another staff. They didnt know what to do. They said we could have a late checkout at 1pm. Told us all set. We were locked out of room at 1130am. Person never put in computer."

"I wanted to stay at this hotel for a while and I did. Don't ask questions, just go there and love it. Staff went beyond the beyond, the front desk guy, John was sooo nice, helped without a question or request, open the door , I stay in a ton of hotels and these people, AWESOME. "We absolutely loved our stay at Residence Inn Sunnyvale Silicon Valley I! This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The location is convenient, the views are lovely, and breakfast was included. Our room was incredibly spacious — more like a small townhouse than a regular hotel room. It had two floors, a full kitchen, three TVs, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, dishes, plates, and many thoughtful kitchen supplies, including dishwasher detergent. "I liked everything about this little one story hotel in Los Gatos. Perfectly located on Main Street, I was close to everything. The room was spacious and I had booked a room with a full kitchen, which was clean and set up with everything I needed. A separate little space had a desk and dining table. I love to hike and there is a trailhead just a couple minute walk away that can connect you to miles of beautiful hiking. "Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and convenient amenities. It's always a great stay at the Ameswell Hotel. We especially appreciate how accessible the property is - the parking is close to the entrance, the walkways are spacious, and the amenities are easy to reach. Overall, however, the staff—from the front desk to the housekeeping team and servers—are excellent and provide outstanding service."
