"I loved the quality of the room’s lighting, sheets, the chairs, the pillows, how clean it was, how comfortable it was with the air conditioner, the Netflix, the free water, the closet set up, the easy check in and out, responsive time on WhatsApp, the leaving my luggage, the banana for breakfast, the area is very walkable, safe, close to areas to check out. "It's a cheap place in the center of Buzios, if all you need is a place to sleep for cheap, this is an ok choice. Cleanliness is sub par, I found hairs and sand from the previous occupants. Towels and sheets have permanent stains, but have been washed. During the day there seems to be 3 people in the reception, all of which would rather continue scrolling on instagram rather than working. There's also a cleaner whom I haven't interacted with directly. Night shift would often leave the...

    "Really good hotel by the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, and a decent few facilities including sauna. Breakfast selection was great too though would run out of certain items if you didn’t get there early enough. Could also do with some less sugary options such a regular yogurt. Rooms were nice though lacked storage space for a stay of more than a day or two. It would also help if they have contacts of more than one tour operator. The one suggested wasn’t very responsive or well priced. "
