Nice and clean property and very fami;ly oriented. Staff were very nice and also the convinience of having a pool at the property. This place is also a very safe 5 minute walk to rua das pedras where you will find restaurantes and bars.

Opção bacana em Buzios

A estrutura é bacana, tem piscina e uma lindo panorama. Quarto com varandinha, chuveiro espaçoso. Fica perto das praias, mas precisa de carro para se movimentar. O café da manhã não é incluso na estadia e o valor avulso R$60 - achei caro. Tem padaria do lado. Tem muita escada, não é ideal para quem tem problemas de mobilidade.

Achei o check in demorado e burocrático. Tive que provar que tinha reserva mandando print pra recepção, havia perguntado se tinha ladeira e avisei que éramos 60+ e nos colocaram no local mais alto do hotel, que só tinha acesso por escadas, muitas vezes sem guarda corpo, hóspedes barulhentos, café da manhã fraco, inclusive na primeira manhã havia um cheiro forte onde estava a batata doce e o pão de queijo. O que salvou foram os funcionários super gentis, mas não voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Constrangimento e descaso

A estrutura da pousada era boa, o problema foi um estresse muito chato que ocorreu quando um funcionário entrou no nosso quarto sem autorização e com a porta trancada, eu estava sem roupa, ainda bem que minha esposa tinha entrado no banheiro se não ele acabaria vendo ela sem roupa também, fui na recepção e fizeram pouco caso, nem desculpas me pediram só falaram que foi uma gafe e que a gente iria conversar com a gente depois coisa que não ocorreu, foi muito constrangedor e decepcionante pois estávamos em lua de mel, foi difícil até pra dormir depois porque ficamos pensando que poderia entrar alguém.

Nossa experiencia foi incrível quartos boms, camas grandes duchas boa,cafe da manha razoal, falta tapiocas mas o restante bom, arra de lazer boa bem cuidada,pousada próxima a rua daa pedras da para se fazer quase tudo a pe,a unica coisa e ruim sao as escadas tem muita escadas para acessar a pousada e quartos, nas execelente custo benefício. E buzios sem duvidas um local lindo.

O Hotel é bem bonito, os quartos são enormes e de fácil acesso a rua das pedras. Porém, alguns pontos deixam a desejar tais como: o quarto não oferece espelho, apenas o da pia do banheiro. O restaurante do hotel é fraquíssimo e quase não oferece opção para o hóspede comer no hotel, caso não queira sair. Outro ponto que achei negativo foi o cafe da manha: todos os dias os hospedes ficam esperando cerca de 10 minutos por um talher simplesmente porque só repõem os talheres quando todos acabam; o pão de queijo é impossivel de comer (frio e duro) e os sucos sao artificiais de máquina.
