"Great hotel in great location. Front of house staff was exceptional. Bar staff unfortunately was quite rude and unfriendly. Maybe they were just understaffed, but don’t take that out on the customer. "

"Yes, this place is a bit dated, but it is fairly priced. The free parking is an awesome perk, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. If you're visting Asheville on a tight budget, I'd definitely recommend this place. "

"I really enjoyed my three nights; price point, staff service, just the whole vibe of a busy hotel. I only really marked down a category because the place has a somewhat dated but sophisticated feel to it (spacious rooms with lovely views with ‘popcorn style ceilings’) … Generous room service was nice (lots of towels) and even fun to just people-watch in the grand lobby and listen to the front-desk staff accommodate just about every customer; this place goes above & beyond! "This property has a great location! Loved that we parked safely in the garage but could walk to everything we wanted to do. If we needed to get the car, access was easy in and out. The hotel was clean and modern. I would definitely stay there again. "
