"Toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Bulbs out in the bathroom, bathroom light hanging at an angle, toilet handle came off, hair, and dust all over the cupboard doors.

"Not the best place to stay in Asheville. Facility could use a face lift. On our travels from Florida to Michigan, this was one of our stops. This was the noisiest hotel we stayed at. Not from the outside but from the inside. We could hear our neighbor raise and lower their blinds. The cleaning crew in the morning were slamming doors and other things in the hallway.
the room had a musty odor.
There are better located hotels in the downtown area. This hotel is a long walk to all the hot...

"The Cambria is in a terrific location downtown. It's a beautiful hotel, our room was spotless and we had amazing views from the 12th floor. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The hotel staff are all so nice and welcoming, including the valet staff. There are so many great shops and places to eat right outside of this hotel! I can't give a higher recommendation for the Cambria. If you want to stay downtown, stay here."

"This place has clean room and building, friendly/helpful staff, but the pillows on the bed were the absolute worst experience. I would imagine they are forced to use cheap pillows but I will choose somewhere else to stay next visit because of this. It made it incredibly hard to get decent sleep."

"This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...

"It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left.
There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...
