"Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel next door to downtown shelter, not a good first impression, but the hotel itself was safe and gave easy access to downtown areas. Parked in the back of the hotel and it was safe."

"The front desk staff was very good. Check-in and out were fast. The hotel is located at the intersection of several roads, so you can access the roads very quickly. The breakfast menu is regular, nothing special. The walls, floors, and doors are not soundproof. You can hear everything. I do not know if it was supposed to be like that, but our beds were not made during our stay. Garbage stayed in the garbage bins until our checkout. The dirty towels were removed from our room daily, but we had to ask the front desk person to give us new ones."

"Staff was exceptional. Room was beautiful, large and nicely appointed. Location was wonderful - great to walk to all the downtown spots. Little details like snacks and waters available 24 hours. Free parking which is a rarity at a downtown hotel. Five stars all around!"

"Stay is always nice. Beautiful property, i'm really comfortable to stay at. If they had a pool, that would be wonderful, they keep saying they're planning one.But that hasn't happened yet. Location is great.It's right across from the entrance to built.More estate is part of built more village. Lots of dining and shopping are in a short walk and even a short drive away. Redstag restaurant inside is superb.It is a higher end restaurant, so it's gonna be pricey.But was well worth the price. The red stag bar is really nice. The property has some very inviting fireplaces right in the center right across from the check in area.Very comfortable to relax and just chill out for a little bit. Having your car ready when you need to leave to go on.Errands or leaving the property is quite fast. Very nice place to stay on the higher end.But still, far less than some of the more upscale places in town."

"This resort is second to none. I visited the spa during an overnight day from Friday to Saturday. Drove 3.5 hours from Atlanta and the drive was certainly worth it. The spa was very well organized. The spa staff was especially attentive and the experience was magical. The pool area of the spa is very picturesque, giving mountain oasis. On Friday nights, the main restaurant offers a seafood buffet that was the best seafood buffet I have ever experienced. The room was clean and modern. The fitness center was a short walk from the main hotel but provided everything I needed; very large facility. 10 out of 10 for the overall stay. Will definitely return! "

"Great location to Biltmore House. Two bedroom suite was very spacious and in pretty good condition. Lots of room for everyone. There was no ice in the fridge when we arrived and had to drive back to office to get ice. And the apartment numbers were hidden behind bushes. Could not be seen from the driveway. Had to Park and find it. These appeared to be condo/apartments. "

"Ok as soon as I checked in I got a room where bathtub did not work ( my reservation was for garden tub room). Then moved to room , no tub. Moved again , no tub each time I was moved I had to get all of my own stuff and bring it to front desk. I finally (at 1030 pm) just moved back to my original room where they got tub working but only hot water. Room was never touched in 4 days. No new towels, no garbage emptied On my last day they accidentally locked me out of my room. I asked for manager never “on site”. I will never stay at Haywood park hotel again and I come to Asheville frequently oh yes and no restaurant any more only open weekends😪"
