"Lampshade turned backwards because other side coffee or something threw on it.tiolet paper holder broken each time you reach fell on floor. No luggage holder available went to each floor looking for one told by staff they have 7 but none looked twice. Rated a 8.6 not even a. 5 very disappointed in Hilton. plus pay to park not good. the aircondition was terrible loud."

"The hotel has a cozy feel about it. Room was clean and spacious. Close to the airport too. Most of all, the staff was friendly and accomodating."

"They have convenient shuttle service that takes you to nearby locations and picks you up within a 2mi radius of the hotel "

"The staff is friendly inspire of the repeated asks from other guests .e.g. ppl returning from a concert that weekend forgetting keys / remaking them etc. I returned late myself and had no parking spot available..but the person at the front desk opened up a staff spot for me! It's a safe place for sure and the nearby stores and restaurants are a plus."
