"We left the room at 9am, I told one of the staff to change the sheets and towls and clean the room. The day we rented the room on of the beds the sheets were dirty that i had it cheered the othe bed with my daughter and my husband sleep in the sofa. Were too tire to go and complain because they already changed us one time already. The next day at 9am we left the room but before we left i spoke with one of the staff and i explained to her the situation, she said she was going to talk to whoever was in charge to clean that room. We got back by 2:30 in the afternoon, the room door was open, the room wasn't clean at all. I spoke with the manager that and they just sai that were sorry also the exit door doesn't close like the other i told them. I told the who is going to feel safe on a place like that. Well i ask for refund for my 2nd night because we left and they refuses to give it to us. Never again
