occupied three junior suites. Two of the three bathrooms had loose toilet seats. The air conditioners were shut off during the night. I had to call and request that they be left on and set to 68 degrees. The pool was inundated with flies. The filters were not turned on. I asked for someone to help with these issues, yet no one came. After almost 30 minutes, I swept the water with a ripped net that I found laying on the ground near the towels. "Lovely stay-cation with my daughter. The property is beautiful, the service superb. My daughter loved the water slide and the pools. The hotel is also dog friendly, so our little chap was very welcome almost everywhere, and he was spoiled with ice water in dog bowls, beds, and treats! Love this place"

"The property is in a beautiful location with nice exterior grounds. The buildings and rooms are pretty dated but clean and comfortable. The little kitchens in the rooms are very minimal. They could be much better appointed with more dishes and better fridges with real freezers. The pools are nice and the tennis courts are excellent. "
