"este hotel no ofrece acceso al Gym para los que se hospedan en Four points solo para la torre anexa que es el Sheraton, igual el acceso a la piscina esta restringido solo para ellos, el Desayuno es muy completo , variado y destacado, el servicio de transporte al terminal de l metro de tung chung y al aeropuerto es excelente."

"First time back after covid. I stayed here because of previous excellent experiences. I thought hotel was very tied. Bars are closed. They have placed red mats over what must be worn out carpet in the breakfast room which were a tripping hazard. We were on the 40th floor and they were jack hammering above our room til about 8pm and they started again early. Would i stay here again. Probably not"

"Breakfast was poor by comparison with other international hotels. While the buffet selection was moderate, it was identical each day with no variety. If staying for more than a couple of days, it would be very boring. Worse, all the food from the hot plates was actually cold. All in all, it was overpriced for the variety and quality. By comparison, the previous day in Qingdao at the Shangri-la, the choice was more than 3 times that of Four Points and better quality, but for the same price (give or take a dollar or 2). "
