"Overall, while a few initial issues unfortunately disrupted a significant portion of my first day, I truly appreciated the outstanding help and support I received from David. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional, and went above and beyond to help resolve everything. David took the time to listen, understand the situation, and ensure I felt supported throughout the process. He is a real asset to the hotel, and his dedication to guest satisfaction deserves recognition.
