On the positive side the building is highly secure within walking distance of most attractions in central Dublin including the castle, Temple bar, Guinness, Saint Stephen’s Park, the epic Museum, and others. On the negative side, the building is highly secured because it has to be. It’s in a very high traffic area with questionable characters adorning the sidewalk.
