While I had a hard time knowing where to park, once I got to the reception area staff provided the pass for free parking and gave me instructions on how to reach the appropriate lot. We certainly found a high level of comfort - beds, hotel amenities generally - as well as the most sympathetic and helpful reception imaginable. "Having read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own).
