"Our hosts were amazing. Anything we needed they provided, even dental floss. Very unique setting and perfect location to attend a wedding at the Chateau. Just a level 8 minute walk. We would definitely return to stay again."

"Location is excellent, looks onto the Cathedral. Check in is by phone and we were given choice of room but didn't know which to choose so went for Vintage which was up 1 flight of stairs. The room was large and well appointed with a lovely table set up for breakfast. It was clean and had everything you need. Two good restaurants in the village of Assignan including a great breakfast.. many others within a short driving distance. The cave is an architectural gem with a thoughtful caring winemaker at the helm. Delicious!"

"No elevator and smells!! We booked this hotel as it was close to train station… across the street. While it looks like may be trying to remodel a little at a time, our room looked remodeled minus the carpet. It doesn’t make up for dirty worn carpet, narrow curved stairs, poop left on toilet seat and absolutely worst smelling room ever. Also there were rooms left open that were not occupied.. didn’t feel safe. Area around train station doesn’t feel very safe needed to stick to main roads."
