"Luxurious hotel with attentive staff in a wonderful location. Close enough to enjoy Annecy but far enough away to feel tranquil and relaxing. My only negative is that we weren’t given any information at check in and there are some hidden extras - for example breakfast is not included in the price and is €25 per person per day, we were not told this in advance and so the €150 on our room at the end of the stay was a bit of a shock. "We had a wonderful stay at the Catarina B&B! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful; and the room and the whole facility were sparkling clean and charming. The homemade breakfast was fantastic, especially the freshly home baked goods every morning. Convenient location, quiet with walking and hiking options, yet close to the city and several restaurants near by. The view of Alps was breathtaking! "

"We stayed in a basic room looking over the back. Front facing rooms are premium and overlook the lake. Room was ok. Cleaned every day and Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus. The mattress protector was poor and caused issues sleeping on a night. I can’t comment on food as we did not eat in the restaurant but drinks in the bar were fine and reasonable price."
