"It is a beautiful property in a perfect location . However, having been an abbey the rooms overlooking the lake were very small and cramped for two people. There is no lift due to planning restrictions - this should be made very clear on the website and booking platform, as those with mobility problems would find it almost impossible."

Dass nebst dem relativ teueren Zimmer auch noch der Parkplatz bezahlt werden muss, bestätigt uns den Eindruck, nicht wiederzukommen."
"We had a wonderful family vacation at the Black Bass Hotel. The staff were fantastic and we received a very warm welcome. The view and the swimming pool is fantastic and we were also grateful to the staff for helping book a boat tour on the lake. Our skipper Jeremie was amazing too. The spa was also amazing and the therapists offered great treatments (amazing sports massage).

"Beautiful hotel and rooms. Very picturesque setting. Local access to the bus and lake passenger boat. We were half board, however we found the evening set menu not always to our taste and there was no choice. Staff were very attentive."
