"The checkin was easy and smooth. The apartment was outstanding and had plenty of glasses, dishes and plates for multiple meals. The combo washing machine/dryer was awesome to have. The only issue was the reservations needed for the sauna area from 5-8 which we missed out on. "

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Loved this property for our Christmas trip to Chamonix! Very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping and loved how large the rooms were in comparison to everything else in the area. Either a family of 4 and all our ski stuff, this kind of space is a luxury! Very clean. Wish they had breakfast but we were able to cook our own with the kitchenettes."

"Betyget på detta boende är enligt oss för högt. Svårt att komma i kontakt med personalen. En person som arbetar själv i receptionen. Receptionen var endast öppen vissa tider och inte ens då hittade man personalen alltid. Dessutom helt stängd en dag i veckan. Lakan med fläckar som inte gått bort i tvätten och dammråttor under sängen. Uselt vattentryck i duschen men varmt vatten. I övrigt helt okej boende med rymlig lägenhet för åtta personer. "Indoor/outdoor pool looked nice, but only open 10 am to 7 pm, so we missed it. Everything else was great. Very nice team who held our luggage both before checkin and after check out."
