I wish check in hours weren’t so limited - we arrived earlier than expected and wanted to drop off our bags, but had to wait around in the car a long time (since we didn’t want to leave our luggage unattended) until the check in hour that begins at 5p, since the doors are locked and no one answered the door until then. Also wish that they had AC- it was pretty hot during our stay."

"Aircon in room is highly inadequate. Room had no bath robes or slippers in it. TV had no internet so couldn’t use casting or streaming services. Housekeeping entered room despite having ‘do not disturb’ sign in place. Pool is extremely small. No pool towels available. Sauna and steam room not always on, has to be booked through reception!"

The rooms in the manor house are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is a must. Our hosts provided recommendations for dinner that were not tourist oriented, and helped us schedule a taxi to the railway station."
