"Unfortunately, the towels in the room were dirty when I arrived. At night the couple next door decided to have an all night adult party and were very loud. The hotel has been given an update and good for a one night business stay. The front desk would not deliver my DoorDash order to my room. After a long work day that would have been nice. I'm 50/50 on staying there again when I come back next month for work."

"There was some dog treats in restroom floor that housekeeping missed. The bed sheets had some very visible stains (should be replaced). One of the bed’s frame was loose. No laundry on site. parking on hotel parking lot was $7 additional fee."

"When we got there, the young man who assisted us with check-in did only what he needed to do. He didn't go over all the amenities available, just handed us a piece of paper that had info on it. Maybe I expect too much. We stayed on level two and not in the condo. I didn't realize we would have to take stairs, we are old people with old injuries; but we did amazing with that. "Staff needs help cleaning and setting up breakfast. It’s too much for one person to keep up with the volume of customers eating breakfast. Trashcan was full, running out of sugar and other condiments. I tried to help because I knew where it was kept. I felt sorry for the person trying to keep up.
