Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort
The staff wasn’t very friendly and we were put in a room next to the elevators so we heard them going up and down and banging noises the whole time we were in the room.

There was only decaf coffee in the room. Thought it was just an over site. But the next day after house keeping had done a beautiful job. Still no coffee, it would nice to not have to get dress and go down to cinnabom to get coffee.

Everything is exceptional and excellent. Beware of HGV timeshare guys and their gimmicks. Awesome property & staff .
