"Beautiful, boutique hotel. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful from the moment we walked in. The hotel has been very tastefully decorated with amazing love and attention. "The Slate is a hotel full of charm and warmth, clearly run with love and care. We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxed stay. The restaurant serves delicious food and we were in a great location to enjoy north Wales, with lots to do nearby. Thoroughly recommend! "

" 11 out of 10! There were four of us--two teens, myself (the mom) and my dad. I had a bit of a time finding reasonable accommodation that would fit us all, but the top floor suite was perfect! With two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed, everyone had their own bed (very comfortable beds too!) and space. "Stayed in the pet friendly Cabanas, modern with everything you need for a weekend stay. The restaurant is excellent however do book in advance as it gets very busy and check your bill to ensure the deposit has been removed. "Great hotel on the Main Street. Well appointed rooms. Ours was in the top floor of the town house. Bathroom good. Air Conditioning could have been a bit better. Breakfast excellent and it is good value for money. Staff very attentive. A lovely place. I will definitely stay again. "
