Ive stayed in many hotels all of which have been on the whole great. The reason i single out the westin doha is because if i ask for something they would give me extra of that item. Required checkout at 2 they gave me till 3! Asked for a towel at the pool gave me 2x as many! They go above and beyond. Thankyou

I liked a lot the very helpful staff in all areas. Very clean property. Thai Restaurant closes at 2:30 at lunch, last order a bit before. I prefer if it closes later.

We spent 8 nights in this property. The winning Costa Rican football team were also there. What an amazing atmosphere! We liked everything! We were greeted with warmth and friendliness everywhere. Unfortunately on arrival I was given smoking room despite booking non-smoking room. After complaint the issue was resolved but in the non smoking room heating wasn't working. I have sent formal complaint 4 day and I am yet to hear back.

Such a beautiful property! The room cleanliness and amenities were immaculate! I've actually stayed there a couple times while traveling through Qatar. I will say though, this time the two front desk agents were NOT friendly and honestly a bit rude. Will I stay there again, yes of course! One isolated incident doesn't define the superior service at the Westin. However, I just hope that those two guys aren't the ones to check me in the next time I come.

Don’t go for the pool
The pool has limited availability due to covid so they tried to restrict my access to the pool, though that was never mentioned at booking. I had to basically beg to go to the pool. The pool bar had quite limited options. The room was very nice though.
