We had a wonderful stay, we started with 2 days and extended 2 additional days, we got an amazing experience Samuel and Ousman from Security are great the Manager and the reception staff are so professional all the hotel staff is amazing great place to stay in Doha
Air con did not work (broken at 12 degrees c- VERY COLD) & cold shower. Eye glasses still under bed, white sheets very dirty and stained. Pillows very firm and stained. Really horrible cleanliness. I complained at front desk and gave me new room, exactly the same happened. 2 rooms later i got an acceptable room but very shocked at how dirty and broken the hotel was.

The loaction is ideal in the heart of the city. The hotel is getting dated and need update of facilities.

Starting from chick in the person there was very slow and he couldn't find our reservation, later on when we went to the room the smoking smell were all over the place even when our room was nonsmoking, and during our stay suddenly room door opened and there was another guest entering the room when we spook to the reception they gave the other guest the same room that we booked, moreover we suffer from food poising after we had denier from the hotel the doctor say that the food you ate was bad. it was very bad experience and I will never go back to the same hotel or any Grand Regency hotels.
I want to usethe pool and swim but water was very dark color in the pool and dirty

No space or clear water to swim

I stay at this hotel regularly. It is not only very comfortable with great staff but is in a good location.
Has a good gym for a hotel this size.

Horrible experience. We have reserved their suite specifically mentioning for 3 adults and we were shocked to see that they have only one double bed available in the room. After a discussion with hotel management, we came to no cost effective solution and 3 of us ended up sleeping in the same bed.

Good property with bad service. We checked in late night, room was good with great space, however, phone was not charged, had to use toilet phone for connection. For 2 nights 1 day phone was not fixed.

Wen I come to hotel at 3 bm They take my ID & take 300 qr for extra after that thy told me the room it’s not ready and it’s taking 30 minutes to be ready
After that I go to take my food and come back at 4 o’clock.
