"This property is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I hesitate to give it such a good review as I would like to keep this hidden gem a secret. The hotel is very small and intimate. Only 15 rooms (I think). The common area to hang out in is so relaxing and inviting. Cozy wood burning fireplace, complimentary beverages and snacks, game boards, TV, blankets, etc, etc. I would not hesitate to book this place again and can’t wait to go back. It’s also a super easy drive to get to anything in Golden. For those that don’t mind a 10-15min walk, it’s also a nice walk to downtown where there are lots of restaurant and pub options. Keep up the great work Lodge & Lantern"
