"Clean room Good Restaurant on second level"

"I found the hotel really good in general - top location near Vienna’s main train station with shops open til late. The room was clean and uniquely designed with was fun. Hotel staff were super polite and helpful always. The free tea/coffee in the morning was a great bonus. If it was easier to contact the reception (no number provided, had to go down each time) and a few extra amenities in the room were provided (e.g. a safe) I would give the place 5/5. Amazing stay! "

"New room, comfortable bed, auto check in for late arrivals, friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection, 24 hour mini grocery store across the parking lot, very convenient to the highway. "

"The room is spacious and comfortable, big enough for a family of four. We appreciated having a kitchen so we could cook our own meals. The building also has an elevator, and there is a paid washing machine available in the basement, which is very convenient. The location is excellent—very close to the train station, making it easy to get around. However, the check-in process could definitely be improved. There is no reception at the property, and guests are supposed to receive a check-in link by email. Unfortunately, we did not receive this email. As a result, we had to wait outside in the cold while trying to contact them for instructions. After about 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby entrance, we finally received the check-in details, completed the online check-in, and were able to access our reserved room. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the check-in experience needs better coordination and communication."

"Easy check in polite staff clean room fantastic breakfast really enjoyed my stay. Only one thing needs addressing asked about taxi service to airport when checking out staff quoted 44euros fixed rate for hotel guests so booked it when arrived at airport driver insisted on 54euros and got in my option aggressive and loud insisting payment in cash was disappointing end to my stay;"

"I have selected this hotel based on very good reviews. I think the hotel is just okay for short stays. Very small room, there is no kettle / coffee or tea, no phone to contact reception, the bathroom has 2 paper cups and towels and toilet paper, shower gel in the shower and a hairdryer. Cleaning was done daily but unfortunately not with hoovering which we would expect. The breakfast are basic continental with ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fruits, coffee, tea, juice. Its a buffet type. Coffee machine available at reception with coffee costing 3euros. Hotel is further afield from centre but good connections with public transport. Billa just across the road which is handy."
